Magic, magic, magic. Magic is nonsense, to me. There's always an explanation and a source for it, even if it causes "amazing" things.

I could always go for the Dark Game route-- try to disable her, cut off whatever kooky thing she's doing, but that can really easily backlash if I'm not confident about it.

And the sad fact is, I know she's very competent, even if I've never faced her myself before.
