It took a long time to come to this - OOPARTS was initially built with the expectation that we'd never have to have kids that came out of Duel Academy the way my year and the years surrounding mine were - little bit too screwed up for our own good sometimes.

But... well, like you said, unprecedented times. And I gotta let the kids scrape their elbows a little bit - OOPARTS needs to be a safety net, right now... not a guardrail.
