I think I can finally start posting to here again. We're still quite a bit ways from the happy ending, but. Well. It seems like a lot of the political types are accepting that even if they want to maneuver around us, they don't know even a tenth of what Juudai and I know about this supernatural stuff, which means we're given quite a fair bit of leverage. For now, anyway.

Now if only that didn't mean mountains of paperwork. Between this and finalization on the building OOPARTS will be in, I've hardly had a moment to myself. Luckily, it's... starting to cool down.

That seems counter-intuitive. Being a Dark Signer means you're basically being used or influenced by the Earthbound Immortal you serve as representative for.

I don't know. This is why I was asking you and the other Signers if you had... y'know. A better idea of what might be at work there.

Signers? We're supposed to fight and kill her undead corpse, letting her damned and twisted soul be purged of the essence of the Immortal controlling her, so she can find final peace in the afterlife and force the Immortal back underground.

Nope. The fact Juudai, Alex, Futaba and Grave and the other one survived their fates as Dark Signers goes against the order of the system.

Once you go Dark Signer, you become a tool of the Earthbound Immortal. You get eliminated by a Signer. And then your soul passes onto eternity.

So basically, this is complete unknown territory.

And how did she turn your card "real".

ugh, yeah. That seems like a really potent and awful magical cocktail we have to deal with, there.

The only other entities that even scale to dealing with her are Your Wife, Juudai, Shikou and Wakahisa.

And your wife is a soft squishy who I'm not sure would get involved.

And The Lady Da Eiza basically keeps insisting on impartiality because she's got her own laundry list of issues if she does things.

Please please please don't involve my wife. I would very much like to not have to have her deal with this.

She's a soft squishy. She has similar "TOO MUCH MAGIC", but she doesn't use her's proactively outside of sewing.

She's the most painfully practical person ever.

All I wanted was a vacation.

I'm gonna give it a couple weeks to a month. If nothing hits our radar, I'm gonna take the risk and go on vacation for a month.
