Ah, it's finally happened. The end of my youthful appearance.

Grey hairs.

If you can help me calm her down when we get home, that'll be appreciated. I've been hiding out at the buffet for like, the past day now. I think the kitchen staff are starting to catch on. May have to move to the bar.

I'll try, at least, but I do want to avoid having to force her to calm down.

I would also like to avoid that, if at all possible, so, y'know. That's fine.

I just don't want to be locked out of my home until the kid is eventually born. Because that seems like the kind of thing that'll happen.

Maybe. Between Jouji, Shiroko, and Shinoko all going absolutely insane, it might be nice to take some "me time" if this doesn't blow over.

... Why don't you come with me then sometime? I leave the city for a couple days once a month.

...That sounds actually refreshing. And now that the Numbers/Barian case is wrapped up and we've settled in the move to OOPARTS, for the most part, I should have some time.

We don't hang out enough, anyway.

Yeah, ah... we decided to not really make a big show of announcing it, back then. We tried to privately tell some folks, but I guess we missed some. You were very busy with the Barian issue, and Shiroko was very focused on Jouji, so, sorry.

I'm hoping maybe if Shiroko calms down on this, things will help each other, but... I don't know.

On one hand, Jouji did deserve to be punished at least a little bit for attempting to go nuts and fuse his sisters all back together. On the other, he's been under their thumb for far too long and now is lashing out at everyone and anyone, and creates a horrible feedback loop with Shiroko.

I feel like the best way to do it is just separate them for a little while and let the both relax, but doing that is... tricky.
