Bootlegging off of Hyperborea's network would probably be the easiest way, and damned if I want to suit up for an arctic warfare trek when I wanna talk to Mobius about politics stuff on that end, but given the way I've heard Setsu explain how Hyperborea's whole network 'works' the few times I've paid attention, don't know how sustainable it would be long-term.

Besides, I dunno if that'd really apply to what's going on with this 'Academia' faction, either. Just based on what I'm hearing, it's like some... 'There but for the grace of god go we' sort of shit. That's a little weirder than even the 12 Dimensions gets, honestly.
