So, hey, if you haven't heard. Attacks have been stepping up again in Domino. The Special Investigations department is trying to mitigate them as best we can, but for personal safety, try not to wander out alone in the evenings, and if you absolutely must, make sure you have a way to get to safety or to defend yourself.

In addition, anyone who has witnessed or been targeted by an attack is encouraged to step forward with any information they may recall. Every little bit helps.

And it's these new monsters that have been showing up. They have these red glowing markings and seemed to be based on existing monsters. They're pretty bad news.
