The Special Investigations department is trying to mitigate them as best we can, but for personal safety, try not to wander out alone in the evenings, and if you absolutely must, make sure you have a way to get to safety or to defend yourself.

In addition, anyone who has witnessed or been targeted by an attack is encouraged to step forward with any information they may recall. Every little bit helps.

Though one of Noriko's people, Sadame? Said he imagined a monster with my voice in his dream.

I'm more... Incredibly concerned as to the claims so far. It's odd to hear it from anyone that they believe you attacked them.

Nothing strange has happened to you recently, has it? Not even just blacking out or anything, but any odd occurrences?

Including anything concerning dreams. That seems to be an odd trend recently.

You're not Noriko, but belief in something can sometimes be powerful enough, that it causes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Negative emotions, especially, can draw those who'd want to use that to you.

I am just saying, that by what usually happens here, it's not unusual.

I imagine if I dwell more upon my suggestibility, people would try to take more advantage of it too... and that would be bad.
