So you're in.. well, it looks like a twisted anagram of Duel Academy and Domino City.
Literally, twisted. We're talking Milkman Conspiracy design, here. You could wind up just about anywhere that looks psuedo-familiar, but not quite. Everything is surreal, slightly exaggerated, and you could really get some hardcore vertigo.
Above all, when you wind up here, you could swear there's a female-sounding, slightly shrieking voice. But that might just be your imagination.
Also, you'll probably in some weird-ass costume when you first appear, to suit Onni's skewed dream perceptions.
If and when you find him, he'll probably be in standard business attire. Have fun!*
